Warranties for Prescription Tillage, LLC. Products
Prescription Tillage Technology, LLC. warrants its products for one season or 90 days on material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to item(s), equipment or component parts that are found to have been subject to abuse or inadequate maintenance, that have been altered in any way or that have been used beyond their advertised capacity, rating or intended use. This warranty shall be for the repair or replacement of the defective item(s) at the sole discretion of Prescription Tillage Technology, LLC. Any warranty for Prescription Tillage Technology, LLC. supplied items expire after 1/2" diametral planter blade wear, as measured from the original outside diameter has occurred. This warranty does not extend to labor incurred in removal or replacement of any item(s). Prescription Tillage Technology, LLC. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the item(s) for any purpose whatsoever.
Notes on Implied Warranties and Limitations:
There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, so this limitation may not apply in a given state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in a given state. This warranty gives dealers and consumers specific rights. There may be other rights that vary from state to state.
All warranty products must be sent to PTT, 1735 East Main St, Lamoni Iowa 50140 for PTT Inspection and Approval. All Warranties must include RGA. PTT will pay for all approved warranty shipping ONLY. Dealer shall incur all shipping expenses on all non-approved warranty claims. The dealer bears all responsibility as to blade mis-prescriptions.
PTT SHALLL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCEDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including without limitation any economic damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use or attempted use of PTT products. As a condition precedent to Dealer asserting any claim for defects, claims for such defects in PTT products must be presented to PTT immediately to enable immediate investigation of the claim and in no event shall purchaser notification to PTT be more then (30) days after the claim becomes known to purchaser.
